THE BENEFITS OF CINNAMON & HONEY


It seems this mixture is known to cure many diseases. Although honey is sweet, if taken in the right dosage as a medicine, it does not harm diabetic patients.

Heart diseases:
If you make a paste of honey and cinnamon powder, and apply on gluten free or sprouted bread and eat it regularly it reduces cholesterol in the arteries and can prevent a heart attack. It can also relieve loss of breath and will strengthen the heart beat.

As we age, our arteries and veins lose their flexibility and get clogged; but consuming honey and cinnamon will revitalise the arteries and veins.

Arthritis:
Take daily, morning and night, one cup of hot water with 2 spoons of honey and 1 spoon of cinnamon powder. It’s been shown if taken regularly even chronic arthritis can be cured.

Bladder infections:
Taking 2 tablespoons of cinnamon powder and 1 teaspoon of honey in a glass of lukewarm water destroys germs in the bladder.

Cholesterol:
Josef Bichler confirms this works: Take 2 tablespoons of honey and 3 teaspoons of cinnamon powder mixed in 454gr/16oz of tea water, given to a cholesterol patient, were found to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood by 10% within two hours. As mentioned for arthritis patients, if taken three times a day, any chronic cholesterol is cured.

Immune system:
Daily use of honey and cinnamon powder strengthens our immune system and protects the body from bacterial and viral attacks.
